As the attention of the world has been focused on getting Haitians the help they need, we here at ZeroDivide have been internally circulating how we can do our bit to help. I’ve compiled a list of everyone’s suggestions and hope that you find it useful if you haven’t yet donated or are looking for additional ways to help.
Technology is a Key Factor in Haiti Disaster Relief Donations
In the 48 hours since a devastating earthquake ripped through Haiti, the American Red Cross has received over $35 million in donations - more than $5 million of which came through text messaging, setting a new record for the Red Cross for mobile technology-based giving.
