ZeroDivide established the ZeroDivide Fellowship to achieve the following goals:

  • Build a community technology movement that benefits and improves the quality of life for underserved communities
  • Cultivate a network of diverse community leaders who will shape the field of community technology and move a technology policy agenda reflective of their communities
  • Support the work of community leaders in advancing a social justice agenda

In October 2002, 21 individuals from diverse communities were selected for the inaugural class of ZeroDivide Fellows (ZFellows). In October of 2004, 16 additional community leaders were selected for Class II.

Class III ZFellows, selected in fall 2007, will participate in a two-year program of leadership development, policy advocacy and technology training. This diverse group of individuals, including those with social entrepreneurship experience, will also complete a strategic impact project and share the knowledge and experience gained through this year-long activity.

We want to share their journey to become more effective advocates for their communities.  Learn about the curriculum and faculty for each training session. Find ways to connect with them, support their projects, and join the network of committed community technology advocates.

We are proud of the ZFellows and what they have already achieved in their respective communities. We look forward to what they will accomplish in the future.
